Details
The tensioner pulley bearing is the core component of the engine belt drive system. Its design not only needs to meet the working conditions of high speed and high load, but also needs to meet the requirements of rapid speed change, high temperature resistance, and no low-temperature whistling.
Generator bearings are the core rotating support components of automotive generators, directly affecting power generation efficiency, noise and life. Its design needs to meet the requirements of high speed, high temperature and long-term stable operation.
Water pump shaft bearing is the core rotating component of the engine cooling system, used to drive the water pump impeller, ensuring efficient circulation of coolant and preventing the engine from overheating. Its design needs to take into account the strict working conditions such as high temperature resistance, waterproof sealing and high load.
Features
Tension wheel bearing
The tension wheel bearing is a special structure bearing unit formed by deep groove ball bearings through outer ring injection molding. It can withstand large radial and axial loads, and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to +150. It has excellent sealing performance, lubrication performance and low noise performance.
Generator bearing
The generator bearing structure is a single-row deep groove ball bearing, with inner diameters mainly ranging from 20mm to 30mm. It can withstand radial and rotational loads and has high-temperature resistance. The grease can meet the temperature requirement of over 150℃. It features a contact sealing structure, typically configured with -2RS or 2RSH to prevent dust, water vapor, and impurities from entering the bearing interior and causing premature failure of the bearing.
Water pump shaft bearing
The water pump shaft bearing is composed of a long shaft with double raceways and an outer ring with double raceways. According to the load-bearing capacity and different vehicle models, it is designed in one-ball one-column type and two-ball type structures. It adopts reinforced nylon cage, high-temperature resistant grease and double-sided sealing structure. It has excellent noise performance and a longer service life.
