The FLT blade and blade ring products are designed and processed based on customer needs. By enhancing communication, we ensure a full understanding of customer requirements and design products that satisfy customers. During the material selection process, under the premise of meeting the customer’s requirements, FLT’s blades and blade rings are made of high-quality materials, and excellent material suppliers are selected to ensure that they can withstand the harshest conditions.
The entire process of product grinding and processing is designed, manufactured and controlled within our factory. The factory continuously strengthens cooperation to achieve efficient quality control. During this period, the factory has continuously introduced equipment such as automatic inspection machines, moving towards automation, precision and efficiency, and striving to provide customers with products that exceed their expectations.
The newly developed gas nitrocarburizing type blade is the solution we provide for oil pumps operating in dusty conditions. After surface treatment by nitrocarburizing, the surface reaches about 820HV1, with good wear resistance and the ability to resist dust impurities. The core hardness is controlled at 350 to 450HV10, with good toughness. It is suitable for high-speed rotating oil pumps and has a high load-bearing capacity. The batch size dispersion of the product is small, making it suitable for precise assembly of complete machines, and the assembly clearance is uniform.
Features
- Blades and blade rings: the blades and blade rings have high hardness. After heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC65, and they have excellent wear resistance. The blades and blade rings have a low surface roughness and good cleanliness, and the blade surface can be mirror-like. The blades and blade rings have a small dispersion and a good shape and position tolerance control system, which is suitable for the precision assembly working conditions of the whole machine. The surface of the nitrocarburizing type blades have good wear resistance, and the core has good toughness. It is suitable for high-speed rotating oil pumps, and the product surface has a certain anti-dust ability.
Applications
- High-pressure scenarios: such as quantitative vane pumps in hydraulic systems (pressure up to 20 to 30 MPa)
- High-speed scenarios: automotive fuel pumps, high-speed machine tool lubrication pumps (rotational speed 5000-8000 rpm)
- Corrosive media: wear-resistant blades have a certain anti-corrosion effect.
