1. Planetary roller screw are high-precision and high-load transmission devices, widely used in humanoid robots, the automotive industry and high-end equipment. FLT can offer three core product series:

A. Reverted planetary roller screw

  • Application scenarios: high-load linear motion modules such as humanoid robot leg drive, spinal support joints, and linear telescopic arms.
  • Principle and Advantage: adopting innovative technology, the nut with a large length-to-diameter ratio and an internal thread structure optimizes the travel space. The rollers and lead screw roll in opposite directions, shortening the transmission chain and reducing energy loss.

 

B. Standard planetary roller screw

  • Application scenarios: humanoid robot linear drive, CNC machine tools, mechanical arms and other industrial scenarios.
  • Principle and Advantage: multi-roller uniform load, 8 to 12 planetary rollers carry simultaneously, with a service life five times that of ball screws, and can withstand strong shock and vibration.

 

C. Differential planetary roller screw

  • Application scenarios: core modules of electric vehicles such as steer-by-wire systems, active suspension adjustment, and transmission shift mechanisms.
  • Principle and Advantage: differential efficiency enhancement, with the pitch difference between the main lead screw and the roller achieving micron-level displacement control.

2. Micro ball screw

The micro ball screw is a product designed for miniaturization based on the traditional ball screw structure, achieving high rigidity and reliability in a very small size through precision processing technology.

  • Application scenarios: micro-operation modules such as robot finger joints, wrist rotation mechanisms, and haptic feedback actuators, as well as medical machinery, micro-robots, and precision optical equipment, etc.
