Details

The product innovatively designed a roller with a logarithmic profile, optimizing the transition profile curves of the roller’s chamfer and end face to avoid edge stress concentration at both ends of the roller. It features full-section non-destructive testing technology to prevent early fatigue failure and meet the service life and reliability requirements of the main unit. Work with steel mills to develop special and high-quality bearing steel materials, and control three key technical indicators: inclusions, banded carbides, and network carbides.

Specialized controllable atmosphere salt quenching heat treatment process, controlling key technical indicators such as core surface hardness gradient, residual austenite, and grain boundary oxidation. Through the scientific research model of industry-university-research-application, we have developed grinding and polishing technologies with independent intellectual property rights, improving the precision of our products. The rollers produced by FLT have been awarded the national single champion certificate.

Features

The high-precision rollers adopt an advanced design and logarithmic contour modification, leading the industry in terms of roller accuracy, load capacity, noise and service life. The rollers are manufactured through salt bath heat treatment and high-temperature tempering to ensure their high hardenability. By adopting dual flaw detection control methods of ultrasonic and eddy current, 100% control of roller defects is achieved. It has the testing and inspection capabilities certified by CNAS, and the dimensional accuracy meets the requirements of G2 standard. Some items even meet the requirements of G1 standard. Strictly control key indicators such as roller inclusions, banded carbides, and network carbides to fully meet the high reliability and long service life requirements of special industries such as wind power.
